Amandeep Khun-Khun is a business investor and life coach based in Vancouver, British Columbia. He has five years of experience in coaching, including courses and workshops in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. Mr. Khun-Khun has spent the past few years building a portfolio of business and real estate investments through his holding company, 1076895 B.C. Ltd., in Vancouver. As managing partner of the company, he constantly sources new investment opportunities. His existing real estate portfolio includes condominium and Class A office properties, but he is looking to expand his focus to other high-value commercial properties located in city centers.
Amandeep Khun-Khun is also interested in providing venture capital to businesses that offer innovative services, have strong potential to scale, and occupy strong competitive positions in their markets. Currently, his portfolio ranges from food vendors to cleaning services businesses. He works hand-in-hand with these companies as a partner, providing both funding and strategic advice.
A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Mr. Khun-Khun studied sciences on a scholarship through the school’s Undergraduate Scholar Program. He made the Dean’s Honour List throughout his studies and graduated with a 4.0 GPA. During the summers, Mr. Khun-Khun worked for the Coast Mountain Bus Company as a student serviceman.
Mr. Khun-Khun has backed environmental causes throughout his life. He supports the World Wildlife Federation and its efforts to conserve endangered species.
In his spare time, Mr. Khun-Khun pursues many hobbies. He is an experienced world traveler who has been to five continents and aims to visit Antarctica in the next few years. A history buff, Mr. Khun-Khun enjoys seeing different historic sites and monuments on his trips. When not traveling, he stays fit and healthy by adhering to a keto diet, working out, and power lifting. Previously, he played competitive ball hockey. He also cultivates mental wellbeing through a daily meditation and mindfulness practice.
